Now, I'm not saying this surly teen in this ghastly outfit is a horseman of the Apocalypse, but I am certain this outfit was mentioned somewhere in the last book of the New Testament between rivers of blood and froggy rain. I'm just saying.

Sweater - $352

Manky designer tee - $220

Botulism slide miniskirt - $429

Money's obviously a curse.

I really hope you're kidding with those prices. $1000 for that?

No.

Nope. Not kidding.
Like I said - you'd think money was a curse, if someone is THAT desperate to give it away.
Not.
Cute.

I could go to a thrift store with $5 and put together something cuter than that mess. With accessories even!

breda - and you'd look way hotter, too.

Lots of money does NOT equal good taste. At least that's been my experience.

You could buy a half-decent used dirtbike for that amount...instead of a pile of poo.

It's an inverse proportion: the more money one has, the gaudier the taste in clothes.

And what's with those shoes??

She should save the money and buy a sandwich instead; she looks sort of skinny to me.

For some people. Damn. What sort of gun show fun could we have with her wallet?

I actually don't have an issue with the outfit per se, but I wouldn't pay more than $35 for the lot.

Just like the spreads in those teen magazines from once upon a time. Looking back as a grownup, I'm thinkin' it was just like the bailout thing now - "we didn't really know what it should be, so we just made up a really big number."

Maybe the fashion mag gals are running the treasury. :)
