I'm not saying mimes aren't evil, but...

I watched this wmv from The Hollow Men's David Armand about 20 times before I realized I was actually enjoying a performance of mime. This guy is hilariously expressive beyond description. I mean, mime? Please! Then again, being British, Armand is neither Shields&Yarnell nor French, so we'll give him a pass on this one. Brilliant, as charged.

All mimes should be eradictaed, makeup or no. There can be no compromise on this issue, even if the mime in question is talented.

I watched a mime stand, painted as a statue, for more than one hour without moving. This was in Amsterdam. I was impressed by his amazing body control. He looked just like a statue that blinked: talented, and creepy at the same time. He gets no pass either.

Mimes must be destroyed!

You're a hard man, hoosierboy, and I wouldn't have it any other way. However, I'm sticking to my story that this David Armand guy totally rocks. Besides, it's not like he's wearing goofy makeup or rainbow braces (suspenders) and a blue cloud shirt. I think I love him. So what are you so afraid of?
