I went out of town Friday and got home Sunday evening. Taking the pups along was not an option, so I boarded them. Now I'm home and it's quiet and I miss them. It feels wrong to be here without my little confetti-makers. I can pick them up at 8am Monday. YAYS!
This picture of Chuy is from the drive to the boarding place on Friday. The other picture is of the pups trying to act nonchalant when I walked in on their dollar bill confetti-making party. Last time it was a $10, though, so I got off easy this time.

When I was a kid we had a dog that used to love to pull all the toilet paper off the roll. She's go running down the hall with the end in her mouth. Then she'd drop it and go back to the roll and start over. Repeat until it was all gone.
This weekend, I was at our local no-kill shelter. They had picked up the cutest year-old Jack Russell! She was a little spitfire!!! If I didn't already have 2 puppehs at home, she would have gone home with me that day! You're making me lurve the Jack Russell!!!
alan - Yeah, you learn to keep certain door shut with certain pets around! Sounds like a playful pup!
Kathy - Spitfire would be a perfect name for one of these little beasties. They are bristling with energy, and I love it. Someone else might see an out-of-control cyclone of chaos, but from where I stand, it looks like exuberance and extreme love of life. Huzzah!
Look at that FACE! So much character in those eyes. *sigh* I can see why you'd miss both of the stinkers. I feel the same way when I'm gone. Vaguely guilty in some way.
And my bank was very tolerant of my trading in shredded, taped-back-together bills when my dogs were puppehs. Thank goodness!
Cute pics! I know you're glad to have them back!
Chuy always looks blurry compared to Praline. Perhaps he's vibrating at a high frquency?
