Later 'maters.
I had a cherry tomato plant that finally bore fruit this fall. I kept waiting for the one on the bottom to get bigger, but I suppose it decided to ripen before it got freezie around here. They were delicious. Next year it is my hope to have tomatoes coming out of my ears. I'm going to can up the awfulest mess of salsa and tomato stuff you ever saw.

Tomatoes coming out of your ears? Um... wouldn't that be kind of messy? I mean, they'll fall and hit the ground and go splat...
Hey there! Just thought I'd stop by to say hi and thanks for visiting ReTorte & commenting. I don't know what it is about poppyseeds - I mean they are pretty much flavourless and they can get stuck in your teeth - but they do add some somethingsomething to baking.

Um... that poor little plant needs to grow some to get the number of tomatoes you want Phlegmmy... :-)
If you can find an equally tiny mozzarella ball, you'll have yourself a nifty Caprese salad in no time!
