*SOB*
Want this more than any pair of shoes I can think of, but this, too, shall pass. Had a slobber-fest over this and the other two Pythons at Ray's Sporting Goods last Saturday, but this was the best one. This felt great in my hands. Yum. It wouldn't be of questionable taste to point out my own good taste, would it? Good. I thought not. But any money in the budget now is for more practical things, although what could be more practical than this?
Nobody enable me, mkay? :P

You know they're not making any more of these, right?
Just sayin', is all...
Sure is a purty gun.
There is a certain class about the Colt snake series (Anaconda, Boa, Cobra, Diamondback, Python) that just leaves one wanting more...go for it, they don't make 'em any more.
I'm with Jay, you know that they aren't making any more of these, and that it can be awful lonely in the country at night. A revolver like this would keep your house comfortable.
You really really need to obtain such a beautiful collectible piece for your collection. You really really really do.
Oh Baby! Smooth as silk.
That's only, what, 3 monthly payments worth of a nice, new vehicle?
Priorities, girl! Priorities! LuLu the Baby Shoe has a lot of life left in her.

Rabbit.
I haven't fired one in over 15 years and my fingers still tingle a the thought of gripping another. They still make paint. They aren't making Pythons.
It's actually one of the few guns that can be considered an investment...as long as you don't pay too much.
This is a gun that you can shoot and shoot.....And still, should you ever wish to, sell for more than you paid for it...In fact, it's value generally increases even faster than inflation...
You need one of these . Really really need one.
You can always get shoes. You can always find good shoes fairly cheaply. You might never find another Python just like this one. They are NOT MAKING THEM ANYMORE! They are still making shoes and cars...
Go for it.
It's only money.
Sigh... too far away for me to go get, I'm looking at a nice litte Diamondback in .38 spl...
I believe I first heard it from friend Tamara, speaking of vintage Smith & Wesson revolvers.
"You can't really pay too MUCH for one. You just might pay it too SOON."
The same is certainly true of fine old COLT revolvers.
You may have heard it mentioned: They're not making Pythons any more . . . .

.357 mag. I do not think any one will argue that it is not a practical cartridge.
Colt Python, one of the best triggers on a double action revolver, ever.
Stainless steel, close enough to rust proof. That in it's self is practical.
Besides which it'd look real good on you.
...which reminds me. SWMBO absolutely must make time this Saturday for me to take her to Ray's to fit her for a new bird gun.
Two weeks ago I got her behind an 1100 youth model. She really needs to try another Beretta or Benelli if her shoulder can tolerate it. We picked up the new Benelli promo DVD at the time, so she's been poring over it.

Rabbit.
