on the "NEW IMPROVED" interface, on the page where you type in the post, one of the extra settings is how it sets the paragraph breaks. Cause apparently the folks from Google think all bloggers want to use HTML to code their paragraph breaks.....
On the right side of the window where you type in new posts find the options set of settings, at the bottom is the options for "line breaks" change it from "use tag" to "press enter for line breaks".
Yeah, I had to dig into the setup myself. Irritated the hell out of me. I can't help but wonder if that's precisely the thinking behind these "upgrades."
I learned that if you hit the compose button, it paragraphs. Matt G. also told me I can go to settings and get the old blogger page to write on. I'm beginning to think it is a lot easier. Fewer buttons to push. :)

Weird. The new interface hasn't caused me problems with hitting the enter key for a line break and new paragraph.
