I KNEW it!

I'm pretty sure this is an Isetta in someone's car/appliance graveyard/mosquito factory in the country near my town.

Nifty, huh?

Just like the corpse of a lady bug on a window sill.

It certainly looks like most of one. It looks like the hyenas have had at it, though. Probably not enough there to even salvage. Shame. I think they're really cool cars, too.

Wow, you just posted about them and now you've spotted one in the wild...what are the chances? :)

Jess - great description!

Richard H Brown - thanks for the link, but I can't shell out that kind of money on what would just be a pet car, but someday, I might...

Don - I would just be happy to have it sitting in the back yard

Vinogirl - Actually - I was remembering at the end of the Isetta post that I remembered seeing a microcar in someone's fenced property nearby, and went by to check it out. Turns out, my memory was correct, but I didn't realize it IS an Isetta until I saw it again this week. :)
