Hermit crab in glass shell - fun with surgical tubing
I'm guessing the artist who made the glass shell used surgical tubing for the shell. This is fascinating, because you get to see how the crab's fiddly bits fit up into the coils of the shell.
If you have a chance, take a look at this link. I want one! Also, I am always fascinated by the adaptations nature takes to fit into its environment. Congratulations on surviving so far...we have great faith in you and your abilities...you go girl.
Le Conteur - Re: link - I wish you could have seen Himself's face when I showed him the video. I think he wants one of these worse than I do, but my third or fourth thought was that my fingers may not fit on this bad boy. In any case, wow, and want ANYWAY!
Thanks for the encouragin' words, today and previously. :)
