I've got to tackle my laundry room. The previous owners put up some wretched wallpaper of overstimulated pears and the matching paint is sort of a peach color with matching gouges. That stuff will WORK.

What is the advantage of Kilz 2?
Does it deal with mildew issues in bathrooms?
