Things like this are a very good reason to allow concealed carry. A citizen could have stopped this degenerate BEFORE the police arrive to take names and mop up. But we'll NEVER hear about that aspect out here in the People's Republik of Kaliforniastan!

Instead, they'll just gibber and beg for more gun control laws, like that would have prevented this crime.
