Yup. This is the view from the back of the property. Much sexier and faster-moving than Stemmons expressway. Plus they don't wake me up at night.
Chuy started a ruckus in the back yard last night when for no reason he started beating his chest, yowling and snorting, all manly-like. A chorus of neighborhood dogs relayed the message of the new dog in town, and finally word got to a coyote who retorted "you think you're a badass? meh."
Loving it.

Wow. How very lovely.
Way cool!
I am SO glad you finally traded your back yard view for this. Much more pleasant neighbors than city vermin. ... a BIG sigh of relief.
Beautiful and go Chuy! It is good to set the tone in the 'hood :).
Those horsies will be your early warning system against intruders of all kinds. I hope you have a varmint rifle handy in the event that a coyote tries to take off with Chuy or Praline.
I am SO jealous.
Cool neighbours - and I love the look of that large empty space out there.
Beautiful! Wish I had that kind of view! I have dogs big enough to be horses (120lb and 80lb) but not quite the same I think....LOL
Glad to hear the progress so far. The boys look happy enough!
Oh lucky!
