I would be easy enough to accomplish even if you started with a "plain" squirrel mounted the same way. Add toy gun from dollar store military figurine and something green for a helmet. :-)
It almost looks like he's wearing a green outer husk from a walnut. Or maybe a lime section.

The guy's site indicates he gets over twice that for them. It's almost as cool as a his-and-hers jackalope mount.
