SO GLAD you are on the upswing!!!! (and "enjoying" your stay!!) Nurses are trained to do that....annoying as it is.....we are all pullin fer ya....hang in there toots!!!!! We'll be here waitin for ya!!
With me, it was "pain meds, GOOD!" The constant waking up thing sounds awfully familiar, too. I'm glad you're feeling better, I haven't forgotten your concern when I was incommunicado after my hospital stay. If I lived in your area, I'd definitely visit you (if you wanted me to, natch!) So here are some virtual flowers, instead: picture a colorful mix of carnations, some irises and lilies, and throw in some fragrant roses, too (my favorites). Try to get more rest, if you can!
The good thing about being in a hospital in the summer is being able to burrow under blankets when it's 95 degrees outside, and not be responsible for the A/C bill. :)
Never expect to get sleep in a hospital. Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteDo like Bruno and draw down on them! They won't be coming back near as often.
ReplyDeleteIt's the Unwritten rule, " apatient shall get no rest before they get home" and they enforce it nationwide :) get better soon Madame.
ReplyDeleteGood for you, girl! Go back to sleep!
ReplyDeleteG.
Phlemmy Dahlink!!!

Glad to see you're still with us. Is it cold? Every damn hospital I've been is has been cold. And I couldn't get enough blankies.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you got the good meds! Keep at it!

ReplyDeleteconsider this a get well soon card
ReplyDeleteI remember a Bill Cosby routine talking about nurses waking you up to go to the bathroom because to them that's a sign of life.
ReplyDeleteI guess it hasn't changed.
I'm glad you're feeling better...rest up and we'll all be here when you get back.
:-)
Glad you feel better. Hang in there and soon you can go home and sleep like a rock.
ReplyDeleteSending hugs.
Glad to hear you're doin' better.
ReplyDeleteUh huh, that would be why I told you to sleep any time you could.
ReplyDeleteGlad you're feeling better, keep doing what they tell you.
Glad you're feeling better. Admit it, you should have listened to me last week :D

Rabbit.
