New omelette pan win!!! (or is it "omelet?)

I'll not frighten you by showing you the first effort, but the second turned out pretty well, IMHO.

    Looks just fine and tasty to me.

    So what did you end up getting for a pan?

    Are you cooking the eggs strait or are you adding milk, cream, or creme fraiche before they hit the pan?
