Japan: redefining personal space.

Japanese know from crowded.
The title on yootoob says "where's the water?"
My guess is there's a little water mixed in with the pee.

Still, it's kind of cute.

    Water? I dunno ...
Probably 100% grain alcohol, to keep the fecal coliform count below "instantly fatal" on the Whipple Scale.

  3. Is anybody else having a bit of a panic attack from watching that?

  4. About crowded, I only have two words: "Japanese trains." Well, maybe three more: "during rush hour." One has NEVER experienced "crowded" until you've ridden the Marunouchi Line during rush hour... That pool is like The Great Wide Open, by comparison.

  7. turk - you lost me at "fecal coliform." *gack*

mushy - And I'll be dressing like a Japanese 5 year old

barbara - well, yeah, now that Turk said what he said. feelin kinda pukey, actually

buck - jee whiz. and the unisex bathrooms where you squat over a hole while everyone just walks by? Uh, I'm not down with that. Me down with the modern conveniences, darling. I wonder if any Japanese move here and talk about how weird it is to sit on a seat when you crap. "I just can't crap in that porcelain chair." *shrug*

    vinogirl - *ugh*

oberon - is that what they call a wave pool like that?

I wonder how many Japanese girls/women got groped by perverted Japanese men in that pool. Thing is, the Japanese girls don't cry out because to do so would bring shame to them and their families, so they let it happen. The Japanese are a weird weird bunch.

  9. That's disgusting. Both the previous comment and the whole human sardines in a pool thing.

But the gaijin women DON'T let it happen without a response. A friend of mine's wife was groped by a drunken Japanese guy on her way home from work in a crowded train and she kicked the livin' SHI'ITE out of the poor bastard, who was pretty much too drunk to defend himself. And she kicked off something of an international incident, as well, being the wife of an American military man. To make a long story short: She was arrested for assault/battery but the charges were later dropped. I have no clue what happened, in a legal sense, to the groper. I have a good idea he kept his hands to himself in the future, at least where gaijin women were concerned.
