That reminds me of a sign I saw in a store in Chinatown in San Francisco once. It was a security camera photo of a guy, with a handwritten sign underneath - "boy who stole money from store".
A nice laser dot would have just made the moment, don't you agree?
I've stopped kids from mischief in the alley with the use of a simple laser pointer. Doesn't need to be attached to anything, but it sure does make them move along smartly.
My sympathies to whoever owned this bike -- doubly so if yours.

ReplyDeleteThat reminds me why I ran the serial number of bikes through NCIC when I found one underneath an ass. It would get them jabbering.
ReplyDeleteIt's a pity many legal owners don't record the numbers and officers who take theft reports don't bother to ask for them.
