Pachelbel Canon Fodder

Well, the one that sent me 'round the bend was Pomp & Circumstance, but Pachelbel can get stuck in my head and bounce around for days. I laughed and laughed at this guy. Enjoy.

I have to assume you've seen the Japanes guy who plays Canon in D on the electric guitar, right?

Technically, it's amazing, while at the same time, it's more of the same.

Thanks for linking that; Rob makes an excellent point about.
    Regards,
    Rabbit.

  2. LOL! That is one of my favorite pastimes - picking out the songs that can be played to Canon in D. But he forgot Fastball "Out of My Head."

  7. That was funny. I understand his frustration with a crappy part for a cello. Joined the band in junior high wanting so bad to play the trumpet. They needed a baritone player. They needed a baritone player to play in bass clef. The only crappier parts were for tuba players. I lasted one semester.

  9. Actually Pachelbel's Canon in D is my second fave... Vivaldi's Spring Movement of the Four Seasons is My fave:)

Never thought of PCD in terms of the individual instrumentalists... interesting perspective. I can see how painful it would be. Sheesh, he counted how many times he had to do those 8 notes over and over again...
