I can work in my jammies (and have), and no one cares. It's become more challenging since the kids arrived, but it's nice to not have to shell out for child care. The only downside I see is that you just can't ever escape your office...it's always there.<br /><br />But I get to set my own hours and I don't have to make that pesky commute to my office every day (which, for me, would require a six-hour drive).
